Repair, Reconnect, Reimagine Your Relationship
Couples Therapy: When You’re Ready to Reconnect
Whether they’re navigating a crisis or just feeling like they’ve grown apart, couples therapy can help people find their way back to each other.
Maybe communication has broken down between you and your partner. Maybe intimacy has faded. Or maybe you're both feeling stuck in the same argument on repeat, unsure of how to move forward.
Whatever’s happening, you’re here because you probably want something to change, but you’re not ready to give up.
I Help Couples Rebuild Connection and Trust
As a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience, I work with couples who want to feel more understood, more connected, and more equipped to face life together. I draw from the trusted work of John Gottman and Julie Schwartz Gottman, Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy to help partners develop healthier dynamics.
You’ll learn tools to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional and physical intimacy. And if sex is part of the struggle, my training as a Certified Sex Therapist means we won’t shy away from that part of your relationship.
What to Expect in Couples Therapy
I offer both 50- and 80-minute sessions, with longer sessions often used in the early stages to help us gain clarity and momentum. You’ll each have time to be heard, and we’ll work together—not just on “solving” issues but on understanding what’s underneath them.
We’ll talk about how you handle stress, how you express love and need, and what happens when things get hard. From there, we’ll build practical skills that fit your real life, helping you navigate life as a team.
